Testimonials from our clients

All is going pretty darn well here.  He actually slept through the night Friday & Saturday night, unfortunately we were up A LOT last night.  Oh well, this too shall pass.  Sampson has found his voice & it’s absolutely comical.  He and our other pooch Bailey are getting along wonderfully.  He goes for his next vet appt this coming Monday & will be getting a couple of shots at that time.  Other than that, we’re all just trying to protect our feet & ankles from the little darling and his razor sharp teeth!

We will definitely keep in touch!  I will send a picture next week.  He is growing so fast!  He is doing really well - we can't get over how smart he is.  He definitely has a lot of energy in the morning and after naps.  We are learning to play with him a lot.  He lets us know when he needs to go out - goes to the door and scratches and whines. I'm sure this isn't a great habit, but he is letting us know (which I think is amazing for a puppy so young).  I have a friend that has bells on her door - her dog hits the bells to let her know she needs to go out.

Thanks again for all of your advice and giving us this great puppy!  We love him :)

Amanda

LOL  Sorry, I was just getting ready to leave and didn't notice that you wrote on my email.  I was wondering about that "chill" exercise.  I don't like making her do that when she doesn't like it.  I take her out after ...eating....sleeping....playing....it seems to work, if I forget she doesn't....haha.....it is a lot of work but that is what I expected, that's why I wanted a spring puppy. Before I leave in the am and before we go to bed I rub her all over and then take her outside, she does her #2 and is ready to be crated.  The rubbing seems to make her ready to go and she seems to like the massage..  I can't imagine any more activity than Shadow, she is a bundle of energy, but a fun bundle.  I am ready for rest times!  I am glad that I have the calmer one!  Add a 4 yr old to the mix and it gets crazy!  It calms down when the dogs get tired.  Run of the house isn't an option!   I'm with Shadow every minute that she's not crated.  She's crated only about 2 hours for the whole day.  Everytime I sit down she is right on my feet.  She is so beautiful. I know that most people don't have the opportunity to spend so much time with the pups but that is why I wanted her.  I am enjoying every minute.  Jan

Axel is growing like crazy!  He has a great personality and is SO smart.  We had a trainer come to the house for a few weeks before we left VA. She couldn't get over how quickly and well he responded.  He and my son love each other :). Hope all is well with you!

Well didn't Axel (dog) and Will mature nicely! Thank you for the update and new picture below:

We took a few pics of Will and Axel today for Christmas cards.  Just wanted to send an updated photo.  He is getting big!    Hope all is well with you! (Pasquale x Una male)

Hi,  hope you guys had a great Christmas.  We all did here, Mija ended up getting more toys than the boys did. lol

Took her for another checkup and shots today. She was the quietest one in the waiting room just sitting on my lap (well really hanging over my lap now lol) and watching everything going on. There were other new pups there and they were all crying and barking. She kept getting compliments on her behavior.

She got an excellent checkup. They took her back for shots and nail trimming again and when they returned two vets and an assistant came back with her. That scared me but what they wanted was to all compliment her personality and behavior. They said she is very well socialized, very friendly and laid back. She didn't complain at all when they did her nails.   In the next room another family got told how their puppy needs a lot of work, socialization and worked with.  Ahhh, made me a proud parent. lol

They said she couldn't be in better health. She is now 27lbs, shiny coat and bright eyes. They asked again what I feed her. I told her Innova large breed and one vet said she is going to try that on her dog. hehe

Talked to the AKC kennel club trainer while there. She has a class starting next week for puppies but Mija still has another month before shots are complete. She said with the maturity and watching Mija she would want to skip her on the puppy training and go right in to basic anyway. So after her shots she will start basic in February.

(my youngest son Justin gave me $50.00 for Christmas for her obedience class. awww)

Will let you know how she does. Were the new puppies born yet? I know you said around Christmas.

i've been meaning to email you with an update of Blossom!  She is fantastic!  We still love her... actually more!

She is so sweet and lovable.  She has become very attached to me and follows me everywhere wanting to play. Now, with Richard, she will jump up on him and lay down to cuddle.  She loves to be outside and I am dying to take her for a walk, but am patiently waiting until her shot cycle is over.  Her favorite toy is a tennis ball and Santa brought her a pack of them because her and Dylan fight over the one we had!  The good thing is, it's like she knows not to nibble at him like she does to the rest of us.  She's actually gentle with him most of the time.  Unless, of course, he has food in his hands.  She is a found hound!!!  Piggy will smell food a mile away and if she hears the pantry door open, she's there!!!
She has even got Snoop to start playing!  They roll around all over the floor and love it in the back yard.  We had to make an emergency trip to the vet with Snoop actually because he got a stick pried from one end of his mouth to the other in between his teeth, only a big dummy like him could do that.  I don't even know how it fit as it was as wide as my finger and stuck in there like dental floss.  He's fine now though.
Both of her ears have been up for almost 2 weeks.  So adorable because they are huge!  She is so smart too!  We have been teaching her different commands and she usually masters them in a couple of minutes.  She loves the Christmas tree and all of its ornaments, lol!  I've found her a few times running through the house followed by a long string of ribbon!  We just love her!  See below for recent photos of her. Last week at the vet she was 22.3 pounds.
We have actually had two people ask for your info and when you'll be breeding again.  Our pastors are in the process of building a new house and stables and want one when they are able to move so their son can have her with his horses.  One of our clients was also inquiring and probably would be looking as soon as you have a litter.  We are extremely happy with her!
